It’s very difficult to monitor the quality of production when dealing with an overseas vendor; American-made cabinets not only use the finest raw materials but they must adhere to strict regulations and standards to ensure clean air and safety measures that reflect a commitment to recycling, deforestation, and our environment as a whole.
ACCESSIBILITY & OPTIONS: When you are working with an American company, the customer support and service is much more accessible. For instance, if you happen to have an issue with a piece that was imported from overseas, it will be very costly and time-consuming to replace. With the American manufacturers we work with, they can guarantee a certain level of service and availability that is difficult to guarantee elsewhere. There is also much more variety in the options available from American-made products because the products we import are limited. The opportunity to custom create your products in different combinations of colors, styles, and finishes, is much more accessible.
