Over the past few months, our world and the global economy in more ways than we can count. It’s been a difficult time for many people in our community and everyone around the world, and we send our sincerest and deepest gratitude to those on the frontlines that are working around the clock to keep us safe and healthy. While we continue to hope for the best, we also understand that we must adjust to a new normal.
As of June 11, 2020 our Sterling location is open Tuesday through Friday 10AM – 6PM and Saturday 10AM – 4PM. Our Leesburg location is open by appointment only. To continue in the Abbey mission to give you the highest quality design and remodeling services, we have instituted various precautionary measures for the safety, health and well-being of our clients, customers, and employees:
-We are now delivering samples of product to your home and offering curbside pickup of any samples, whether it be cabinetry, fixtures, or flooring (no-contact upon request).
-We are adhering to the policy of no more than 10 persons in the studio at any one time, and practicing social distancing at all times.
-We require frequent hand washing and equipment disinfecting (after every 30 minutes of use) for all of our warehouse staff, installers, and subcontractors. Gloves and masks are also required, and our crews are reduced to a maximum of 4 people.
-You may also request to make a private after-hours appointment to have the design studio exclusively to yourself and your party and the essential Abbey staff for your project.
We are monitoring the situation very closely and will update and/or add procedures as needed.
